With 20 years in finance and a CPA, Kim offers CFO consulting in diverse sectors, focusing on strategic growth and business potential. Outside work, she enjoys yoga, golf, and being a dog mom.

Head of Federal Practice

Sergio Rodriguera Jr. specializes in AI and Machine Learning at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and advises General Radar. He co-founded Credit Junction and served on the Trade Finance Advisory Council. Previously, he was a Navy Intelligence Officer advising the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Head of Finance & Operations

Sheila, with a finance and operations background, has worked at Uber, KPMG, and in financial services. She’s also held roles in government and non-profits, and is active in her children’s education in San Francisco.

Acting Chief Revenue Officer

Chief Innovation Officer of Mendoza Innovation, the strategic consulting arm of Mendoza Ventures, a Boston-based venture firm. A systems-level strategist, she works with founders, investors, and executive teams to design and execute commercialization, revenue, and market strategies at critical inflection points. She is the author of the forthcoming book ‘The Value Gap’.

A cybersecurity executive with 20+ years of experience, has built and led security programs across healthcare, financial services, insurance, and higher education. He serves as a Virtual CISO at Compass IT Compliance and advises organizations and technology companies on security strategy, compliance, and risk, helping translate technical capabilities into business-aligned outcomes. Recognized with multiple industry awards, Bryan focuses on positioning cybersecurity as a driver of trust, resilience & growth.

DevOps and Support Engineer

Michael is an experienced IT professional with 20 years in various roles, including Application Support Engineer at Intuit and DevOps Engineer at Demandforce. He’s skilled in delivering IT solutions across multiple industries, including finance and healthcare.

Roberto Maranca

With almost 30 years of IT and data experience, Roberto worked at Nissan, Ford, General Electric Capital, Lloyds Banking Group, and Schneider Electric. In 2023, he became Schneider Electric Energy Management BU’s Data Officer, focusing on sustainability. He holds a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from “Federico II” Naples University and enjoys sailing, gardening, and cooking.
